Class 3 - In-class assignment #3

I'm really struggling with this assignment. In addition to the hour in class last Saturday, I think I've spent about 5.5 hours on it and it's just getting farther and farther from the model. I've looked at the solution and I don't understand why mine is not working. Sooooooooo frustrated.
